Fix My Vehicle UK

Legal

Terms & Conditions

Effective 27 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Fix My Vehicle UK as a garage or mobile mechanic on our provider portal, operated by 3C NET (PRIVATE) LIMITED.

Using the platform

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the platform only for lawful vehicle-service requests. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or submit fraudulent or misleading content.

Marketplace role

Fix My Vehicle UK helps customers discover and communicate with independent garages, mechanics, recovery operators, and other vehicle-service providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the provider—not the platform—supplies and is responsible for the quoted vehicle service.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on the information available when they are issued and may need to change if the vehicle condition or required work differs after inspection. A booking is formed when a quote is accepted through the platform, subject to any lawful cancellation rights and the provider’s disclosed terms.

Customer and provider responsibilities

Customers must describe the vehicle and requested work accurately and make the vehicle reasonably available as agreed. Providers must keep their profile, availability, qualifications, pricing, and service information accurate and perform accepted work with reasonable care and skill.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the platform available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that a suitable provider will always be available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Suspension and changes

We may restrict or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, or maintain platform security. We may update these terms and will publish the revised version with a new effective date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights available under the laws that apply where you live.

Provider accounts

When you register as a garage or mobile mechanic, you must provide accurate business details, qualifications, service coverage, pricing information and availability. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date and for all activity under your account.

Quotes, bookings and customer communication

Quotes you submit through the platform must reflect the information available at the time and be performed with reasonable care and skill if accepted. You must respond to bookings and messages promptly and comply with applicable consumer and vehicle-service laws.
